Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback on the Black Lab, we do truly appreciate it. The dog is designed to soothe and act as a companion in the room but as you say it isn't "cuddly" as such so may not be suitable for everyone. We have tried to make this clear on our website and are also working to be able to offer a more cuddly and interactive pet in the future. Thank you again,

Thank you for your feedback on the Yepzon and can only apologise for the fact you received a faulty product. This is incredibly rare and we do try to fix any issues where we can or replace the item but I can understand that given your experience with it you chose instead to return it. We do feedback to our suppliers on any issues so that we can try to reduce these occurrences in future models.

I'm sorry to read of the costs that you incurred on postage. At present we are only able to cover return postage on faulty goods but hope that as the company grows we may be able to expand this. We do try to make this clear on our website and always confirm that returns not covered can be sent back via the cheapest method to reduce any costs to you.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on the Companion Puppy. Unfortunately the puppy isn't designed to be cuddly and we have tried to make this clear on our website to avoid any disappointment. It is generally more of a soothing aid to stroke than interact with. However, we can appreciate that this is not suitable for everyone and due to feedback similar to yours we are working to be able to offer a more interactive and cuddly pet in the future.
