Ordered 1" Chlorine Tablets. Easy to order online. Great Price. Arrived in reasonable timeframe, in good condition. Product works well to keep water feature clean. Would recommend.

That is great to hear! Thank you for the kind words, Anne.
Solar cover for a 24’ round pool came in a big plastic bag, no box. Bag was roped from shipping, not sure of the condition of the solar cover, should be boxed to ship.

Hello, Tom! We apologize for the inconvenience. We use a variety of shipping materials while packaging our products. Because solar covers come in many different shapes and sizes, it is industry standard for them to be shipped in a shipping bag, rather than a cumbersome box. If you would like to know more about our packing and shipping processes, please contact our customer support team at 1.800.356.3025 or support@poolsupplies.com Monday-Thursday 8 am-8 pm, Friday 8 am - 7 pm, or Saturday & Sunday from 9:30 am - 5:30 pm EST. Thank you for your feedback, and happy swimming!
