I do empathise with customers when this does happen, we try and spot really obvious mistakes and rectify them when this happens but if it is engraved we cannot be held accountable - so please double/triple check the engraving before confirming the order.
In this case it looks like an entire word was missing and would not be highlighted on our spelling checker so very unlikely to be picked up.
The engraving is repeated in the shopping basket, checkout confirmation page and sales confirmation email. If an error is spotted after placing the order call us as soon as possible on 08445679607 between 9am and 5pm.
