The price was very good but it had increased from the time I did my quote until I actually purchased.

Cancelled connecting flights meant we got stuck in another state they wouldnt cover on a condition that we hadn't left Australia yet, only our state .

I found it very easy to insure online. Also the cover i chose was reasonably priced and had great options. I have used Insure and Go for my travel insurance before and had no hesitation in using them...
Exceeded the promised SLA agreement of making a claim, no response in the claim and yet to receive a call back or even update.
