Hard to contact.
As I just previously said we have had no service. We found it fairly easy to purchase the insurance, they answered the call quickly and were helpfull, since then ,nothing.

Very poor. Not helpful at all. Stonewalling I believe to get me to give up & not go ahead with the claim.
