I purchased my travel insurance from InsuranceGo Aus. last year. They have kept in touch with me through emails and offered 15% discount on my latest purchase. They are easy to deal with.

Purchasing a policy was straightforward and uncomplicated. Unable to access policy online and no reply to email requests for assistance.

It was quick and easy to apply for and competitive price Hopefully I do not need to use it but that will tell me whether the service is excellent

I phoned to get a copy of my policy documents. The first time I was disconnected. The second time the consultant told me she would email me copies as pdf documents but I never received them.
