He knew the exact steps to take in order to solve the issue I had. Only problem was I logged a ticket at 1pm and had had no response by 3pm, so I had to call again.

I had to phone several times before I finally got through to an engineer. I could not log a ticket via the online portal either as it says my account does not exist!
