I was very happy with all aspects of how my issue was dealt with and was resolved in a timely manner.

Not sure who this survey goes to but just to let you know that Gavins service is amazing! Always gets to the bottom of things - haven't yet caught him out! Time for a promotion!!!

Issue took a lot longer today but always happy with your service.

Everyone has been responding quickly but it took a while to identify the problem which in my view was not such a complicated issue.

Had to make a few calls to get this chased.

Adam solved the issue very quickly whilst explaining and communicating perfectly.

Was reported on Tuesday and was a fairly simple issue of providing access to a folder, I was informed access was available twice, on Tuesday and Wednesday, but it wasn't so had to email again today....
