I’m sorry to hear there was confusion regarding the bathroom configuration within your lodge, particularly as you were hosting your friend’s 60th birthday celebrations. We appreciate how this may have been inconvenient for your group. We are reviewing what is described on the website as there are times when bookings are moved and vans do vary. I am looking into this and will contact you seperatelu Thank you also for your comments regarding the disposable BBQ facilities. We appreciate your feedback and understand having a more suitable designated area or stand would make this easier and safer for guests wishing to enjoy a BBQ during their stay.
