At the same time, I’m very sorry to hear about your experience on Sunday lunchtime. I completely understand your frustration, especially when Sunday lunches were advertised until 4 pm. You’re absolutely right that this could have been communicated more clearly if last orders were earlier, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It’s certainly not the impression or level of service we want guests to leave with.
