Thank you for taking the time to comment. I'm afraid I'm a little confused as to what you mean. It's possible that one of your bookings was made within six weeks of the start of your holiday, in which case we would indeed have required the full cost of your holiday as usual.

Thank you. I assume you made an online booking with us? I'm afraid, at this stage, it's not really possible for us to specify a time that we will be able to get in contact. For example, we often need to speak to the owner of the property before confirming with you. However, when you make an online booking we are very happy for you to specify times you would prefer us to call at.
You could, for example, say they you wished us to call on your landline number only between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm.
