Thank you very much for your feedback, I am sorry you feel so unhappy. We will always try to get back to you within the promised 48 hour time frame, however at this time of year we are so incredibly busy that unfortunately, though it's rare, sometimes we don't quite make it! Please be assured that whilst you are waiting to hear from us, we will never delete a reservation and we will always get back to you as soon as we can. Regards the requesting of ages, this is twofold, firstly so that your guests are covered under the liability insurance for their chosen property, and secondly so that our homeowners have an idea of who to expect at their property. However, as already mentioned in this forum, when providing this information genuinely causes offense, as appears to be the case here, we are happy to be flexible. If you decide to book with us again, then please do give us a call and we humans can deal with it for you. Best regards
