This service is really just used to rate us as an agency; we provide opportunity for holidaymakers to quickly and easily rate their holiday itself after their booking.
All requests for feedback are, of course, entirely optional. We feel they provide a very important function in that holidaymakers are able to let us know exactly what they feel about our service so that we may continue to improve. It also means that potential holidaymakers can read unbiased reviews which can help inform heir decision over which holiday cottage agency is right for them.
