We do always aim to send e-tickets and receipts within 24-48 hours. We apologise if in the unlikely case, such as yours, that you were left to worry as communications from us came more than that.

We're very sorry you've had a less than satisfactory experience with Globehunters.

Your requested dates might not be available on the cheaper fare. Airline fares are dynamic and keep changing all the time - and in certain times, we do not have any control over the changes as dictated by the airlines and our suppliers. 

If you are flexible with the dates, then we can surely find that price and route which you have seen on our website. However, again as mentioned in the website, these fares/routes have limited availability - thus we encourage everyone to call us to book so if we cannot offer the flights shown, we try as much as we can to find an alternative to suit you.
