Flights to New York were cheaper on Globehunters. E-tickets came through very quickly. Sales staff helpful and tried to get me what I asked for. Would use again.

Dear Gemma,
Thank you very much for your feedback and for bringing this issue to our attention. We are very sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience and we regret any inconveniences these issues might have brought to you. This is certainly not the level of customer service and user experience that we expect for our clients. Also, we have looked into this case and the first booking got cancelled due to a technical error and it was impossible to re-instate the booking despite our efforts.
After your communication with our sales representative we offered and booked a flight with a 5 star airline.
Your feedback has been taken very seriously and will be passed on to the relevant Departments. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
The Globehunters Team

Great Service
Great service. After booking I received a phone call saying that they couldn't book me on the flight I wanted. Re-booked with a different airline at a similar time for no extra cost.
Great customer...

Quick, Secure and accurate! They worked out to be the best deal on the internet and so sometimes you think the service will be poor, I am going to Hong Kong on business, and will use these guys again...
