Online booking was quick and easy and altogether smooth.
However when I had to phone and speak to customer services about my ticket and bags..
I received conflicting and confusing information.

The baggage additional timeline is limited to 5.30 PM, as you would not be able to get in touch with our customer services team after 6.00 PM, and we risk losing the fare booked for your reservation.
We are currently working on our website to ensure that baggage information is more prominent and visible for all customers.
