Very good response to delivery problem resulting in a full credit for the damaged goods
Promised delivery within 5 working days but took 8 and then as I was in the shower at delivery time it was taken back to the depot and my son had to pick it up the next day (approx 10 miles away). ...
Products delivered and unloaded in time quoted and well packaged. Concerned that one person is expected to pick up and deliver such a large and heavy object.
