I am sorry that you are disappointed with the manner that your order was delivered. Obviously our priority is to get the goods that you have ordered delivered to you efficiently and in once piece.
As you mention this is a large heavy item that has a total weight of 99kg. Due to the weight and bulkiness it simply is not practical to send using a parcel courier. The safest way for us to transport large heavy items like this is using a pallet courier as it helps to prevent damage that may otherwise be caused during transit.
