I'm sorry to hear you felt like we hadn't updated you with the delivery. We sent you an email to confirm dispatch which included your tracking information. Unfortunately we don't have our own delivery service so we must rely on couriers for the time being, and unfortunately updates after dispatch are out of our control. If there's ever anything we can do to help please feel free to get in touch and we'll be happy to assist.

I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed that the delivery company didn't assemble your bed, however this is not a service we have ever advertised. The delivery information on our website: http://www.funky-chunky-furniture.co.uk/delivery-3-w.asp - indicates 'The pallet company will deliver “road side” which means that they are not obligated to assist in moving items into a home or commercial premises. It is recommended that 2 strong people take delivery to make sure that items can be moved easily' - however we sent you an email after your purchase to let you know we could arrange for a 2 man delivery team to deliver the goods into your property. I'm sorry to hear you found this disappointing, we don't yet have our own delivery service so we work with the best 3rd party delivery company we could find.
