I'm really pleased our guys in the workshop were so helpful with your enquiry, and that you found the right shelf for you :) We don't put out signs for the workshop as we're an online based retailer and, although our customers are always welcome to come and visit us at work, we don't really have the facilities for passers by popping in throughout the day. We sent you an email to confirm dispatch which included your tracking information. Unfortunately we don't have our own delivery service so we must rely on couriers for the time being, and unfortunately updates after dispatch are out of our control.
