Not enough communication between Lettings and their accounts dept.

Expensive so expect excellent serve but Lettings often overcharge on Statements and you need to keep a careful check on them. Maybe due to lack of communication between sales and accounts. Also...

I thought their handling of my buying and selling was pretty good however there was a muddle up over payment than rather worried me
