What you would expect from an agent on the phone. Opening could have been a bit more welcoming but warmed up as the sale went on. Learned seemingly about product being sold

Fresh Insurance seem OK although I have not made a claim with them, so don't know how they are with claims.I will probably use them again.

Although Fresh are an excellent insurance company, my rating is because they refuse to insure me for flood cover as I live near a water course ( namely a ditch ) where the water would have to rise 6...
