Fresh Insurance Services 리뷰

Honest and helpful

Quick efficient and friendly service at renewal. Negotiated a reduction in the quote enabled me to stay with you.

More competitive pricing and quotes required.

The request for detail was done both competently and politely, with as little fuss as possible.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and had great patience, I do find the computer quite challenging.

Helpful and professional

Well, i had sent you email as I wanted to compare your price, but you did not reply to my email,

No fuss approach to what could have been a difficult request. Clear and concise statement of cover.

Friendly, polite and easy to understand. Answered all the questions I asked clearly. Gave me all my options but didn't push me to have extras I didn't want ***

Excellent service as always
