Many Thanks for your feedback. We're not sure where that information has come from as FlyDirect have never withdrawn flights and then reinstated them, however we do occasionally restrict the durations that are available to book on popular departure dates such as Christmas and half-term. The Smartwings aircraft from the Isle of Man to Tenerife always has spare seating capacity even when 'full' as we operate with a weight restriction on that route. Thank you for your feedback. The initial 90-minute delay was due to air traffic control restrictions at Tenerife Airport, and we’re sorry that this was not clearly communicated by the crew at the time. This is something we will address with them. The flight was able to make up approximately 40 minutes of the delay, and we hope this shorter delay at the start of your holiday did not impact your time away.
What a wonderful 5 star review, we are glad you enjoyed the service and the convenience of our direct flights to Tenerife, and we look forward to welcoming you on a future holiday with us soon.
Check in is really unacceptable, not enough staff and it takes so long both sides. We arrived on time for both checkin stated opening time and it took over 1 hour and 30 minutes to action check in....

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the delays and the stress caused by the check-in process, particularly given that you arrived in good time. This is not the experience we want for our customers. Your comments will be passed directly to our airport partners, and we are will continue to push for improved service from the ground team in Tenerife.
Check in facilities at Tenerife took up to an hour and a half. The plane departure was delayed but there was no information as to why and how long.
