We're sorry to read you comparing our Wookey Hole aged cave cheese with M&S. Our particular cheese is handmade on the Ashley Chase Estate in Somerset, from the milk of the estate’s own cows, then aged in the Somerset caves. We source ours directly from the artisan producer and unlike M&S we simply don't have the buying capacity or power that they have as we too are a small artisan business.

We are so sorry that your package has been caught up in the DPD fiasco. We have stopped sending packages to 85 postcodes that have been effected by their depots being completely overwhelmed with packages from Black Friday, Cyber Monday, the Royal Mail strikes and now the severe weather conditions experienced currently in the UK. Please rest assure that your package would have been packed extremely well. We have been using extra dry ice and ice packs within our insulated boxes to factor in delays. One of our recent customers received their frozen goods still frozen after 7 days. If your order has not arrived or does not arrive in the expected condition we will of course refund you in full or if we can resend it.
