Wonderful to read your 5 star review on our excellent service and well packaged goods. Thank you for sharing your photograph showing our ice packs still frozen. Due to the challenges faced by the courier companies with the severe weather conditions, the overload from Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Royal Mail strikes, we have been using extra ice packs and packaging our goods so that in case of delays, our parcels will still arrive to our customers in perfect condition.

We're sorry that on the feefo review it says this cheese is a 1kg wheel, we will look into why this is so. On our website it does clearly state that this wheel is 750g. Our cheesemakers changed the size of this wheel earlier this year, they are no longer producing a 1kg size. Due to inflation which is now at 10.7%, our producers have had to put up their product costs and this in turn has pushed us to increase our costs. We have tried to keep the cost of all our products as fair as possible.

The delivery came the next day. Trouble was I had changed the delivery date

I really wanted the delivery on 29 December, not the following day. The brioche will be s bit stale by then.

We're so sorry you chose the incorrect delivery date, we always stress at the checkout in red and on the order confirmation email that is sent out straight after your order to double check carefully that you have chosen the correct delivery date.
