We are so sorry that your order was one of the 1000s not delivered by DPD for Christmas, you may not be aware that they had a huge backlog and many issues which sadly effected 895 postcodes. We know how disappointing this was for you and we have of course refunded you for your whole order.

We're so sorry that your package was one of the thousands that was caught up in the DPD fiasco. I'm not sure if you've been aware that every single courier company in the UK has suffered huge delays due to the Royal Mail Strikes, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the adverse weather conditions experienced last week. We have been fire fighting and trying our hardest to get our Christmas orders out to our customers, in some cases sadly this hasn't been the case. We are a small company and we're sorry the the full refund and a 10% discount off your next order wasn't satisfactory enough for you, unfortunately we're not a huge conglomerate who can offer you more.
