We have reached out to your email to say we were sorry that your package was stolen from your doorstep. We explained that DPD give their customers a one hour timeframe slot on the day of delivery and the opportunity to leave the package with a neighbour or in a safe place. Unfortunately we're not in the position to give refunds for situations like this. If your order arrived in a poor condition, or your delivery was lost then of course we would refund accordingly. However we are a small independent business and if we refunded everyone whose package was stolen we wouldn't be in business. I'm sorry the outcome wasn't what you wanted.

We have issued you a full refund which will show into your account within the next 3-5 working days. Please note that we always take payment before we send orders out and if there are any issues with orders we refund afterwards, this is generally the case with most companies.
