Couldn’t rate Fine Food Specialist high enough.

Over the moon with my delivery and overall experience. Received the most incredible piece of A5 Wagyu the next day - beautifully packaged and on time. The cut of meat exceeded my expectations by far.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. We are sorry to hear that your goose breast was tough to eat. It's a tricky beast to cook and should be served at the very most medium rare- cuisson for the best texture and flavour. The minute you go over medium rare it does become tough. You'll also need to rest it for 5 minutes. I hope this helps for the future.
