We're very sorry that you were disappointed with your Gift Card. In the months leading up to Christmas we have had more and more requests from customers to provide a service such as this, and with such demand we felt it was only right to supply something of the sort. However with the festive months being as busy as they are for us, we had no time to make the arrangements necessary to have our own plastic gift cards printed and available for use. In the meantime, we decided to produce E-Vouchers, which can be gifted to others without a physical card accompaniment. Unfortunately we advertised them as gift vouchers, and although we did state in the product information that it was in fact an E-Voucher, the product title should have matched this. We apologise and, upon reading your feedback, have edited this. Thank you for your feedback - we are always striving to please, and are our sorry that you feel let down in this instance.
