The Bacon Curing kit is one of my favourite products, as is the cheese making kit. If only I had the mastery create something similar our Alsace Bacon pancetta I'd be a very happy lady. In these situations please contact us straight away if you have not received the order, as we will speak to DHL to establish why it has been delayed. We are happy to refund for the difference postage as the parcel was delayed due to DHL. We are sorry that the dates were bad on the bottles you received; I believe you have since been given a refund for the defective product. We have a new batch of oils in stock with a much longer date on them (31.12.16) as a goodwill gesture the least we can do is send you a replaceable bottle in addition to the refund.
