I am extremely sorry to hear that on this occasion your order was unsuccessful. I can only apologise for the mistakes made that lead to this outcome but, having spoken to you at the time, I did my absolute utmost to try and resolve the issues in the moment. I’m so sorry that I wasn’t successful but, to offer you some context, the initial tracking number you received was sent in error by a new member of warehouse staff who was still in training – this is entirely our mistake and we apologise for the negligence. Understanding your frustration at a missed delivery, we dispatched a new truffle to you – your shipping and billing address details were input specifically by our warehouse manager but were unfortunately miss-sorted at Royal Mail. I spent an hour on the phone to them trying to arrange for the parcel to be redirected but the time frame was too tight. As a result, a full refund has been processed for you.
