They are delicately flavoured and a real treat. If you'd like any advice regarding different varieties please do get in touch and we'll be more than happy to help. The Wagyu steaks are phenomenal. If you were to indulge again I'd recommend purchasing some bone marrow butter to Place a medallion on almost cooked steak and pop under the grill for one minute. The bone marrow butter will melt and release its rich, creamy flavour into the beef. I hope you'll be ordering with us again soon! Best, Steph

We do stipulate on our site that the recipient needs to be present for delivery as we send fresh, perishable produce. The difficulty with offering collection is that our products are individually bought to order to ensure you have the best quality product available. This can mean we go further afield to source a particular an item, making it difficult to offer a precise timeline for.
