I'm ever so sorry for the delayed response, we have been having issues with our server and we are still receiving emails from this time. It's such a shame to hear the Porcini mushrooms were not of the high standard we strive for with our products. Place a medallion on almost cooked steak and pop under the grill for one minute. The bone marrow butter will melt and release its rich, creamy flavour into the beef. Best, Steph
