Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I'm ever so sorry for the confusion re delivery timing. It is of course not our intention to come across deceptive. We do state at each section of your order that we have an 11am cut off for next day but we are continually working to make our service as smooth as possible and I have passed on your comments to the web development team. We have the 11am cut off in place to give our dedicated packers time to pack our often fragile products with due care and attention and to also allow time for the team to collect from our various suppliers. I do hope the lucky recipient is enjoying the Saporoso Set, the oils are of an exceptionally high quality.
