We're so sorry to hear this. We can see from the delivery information that it was delivered to you on the 22nd Dec. Our Capons only arrived to us on the 20th Dec, they were ready to order in mid-November but not delivered until 22nd Dec close to Christmas so we do apologise for any confusion on this. Once we dispatched it a confirmation was sent to your email and mobile number with the details, the tracking number and the hour timeframe delivery window of when it would be delivered. We are sorry to hear that you missed all these details and subsequently didn't receive your delivery.
