Please send us photographs of what you received as these are definitely purple carrots, not orange and were delivered fresh on the day we dispatched them to you. Perhaps our fulfilment tram accidentally sent you our sand carrots instead of the purple heritage ones. We will need to have a photo to determine if this was the case.
