We completely understand how frustrating it is when a delivery is delayed—especially with fresh produce like tomatoes. We always aim to ensure products arrive in perfect condition and use extra care when packing, so it's very disappointing to hear the tomatoes arrived overripe and soft. We’ll be raising this with DPD, as no reason was provided for the delay on their end.
