Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.
I am extremely concerned to read that your experience with Gregory Pennington has not been of the high standard you, and we, expect.
I appreciate you giving us the benefit of the doubt and would like to discuss things with you further to put things right. I’ve asked for a Personal Finance Manager to give you a call and talk things through.
Thank you

They were really helpful at a difficult time and they continue to be. They also have a great sense of humour and act like real people. I would definitely recommend them.
