Hi, Thank you for your feedback on your Vegware Cups. We're pleased you like them. We take on board your point regarding the collection service. Local authorities are increasing the number of compostable collection options throughout the country and this is improving all the time. If you haven't done so already we would recommend contacting your local council and asking if this is a service currently offered. If you need any assistance with this please do not hesitate to contact us.

Only issue was cost of installation which I thought was too high. Other than that great service.

We also take on board your comments regarding the install costs and have fed this back to the service department. It is always difficult to get a balance between, good, reliable service and cost and there are a number of factors that we have to allow for. We do always make the costs clear at the beginning of the process so you can make an informed purchase. However, we are always trying to improve where we can and this feedback does help us, thank you.

It's a difficult balance for us between good, reliable service and cost, which is why we make these costs clear from the outset so there aren't any surprises and you can make an informed purchase. Hi Harry,
Thank you for the feedback on your Hoshizaki ice machine, we appreciate. It's great to hear you are happy with it, we're sure it will continue to give you years of trouble free ice making. Even though you are familiar with Hoshizaki and their quality it is still good to have feedback confirming the new unit is as good as expected. It also helps others decide what to buy.

I had the confidence to pay by bank transfer (one is always told to pay by credit card so one can claim if there's any problem)...
