As discussed in our reply to your email, your complaints about the courier and their delivery processes have been raised with DX's customer care department, however, I'm afraid we have very little say in how individual drivers and depots deliver our goods. We have found them to be an efficient and courteous courier, however in this instance there seems to be an issue with this particular depot. However, as this can sometimes be the case we take extra measures to ensure the blinds are as securely packaged as possible in the event things like this happen, as was the case when there was no damage found on your blind. I apologise for the issue with the louvre length. It appears to have been human error at the order processing stage and the matter is being investigated internally. Once this matter was bought to our attention we rectified it right away. Whilst every effort is made to ensure all potential errors are negated, human error does sometimes occur, and we will always work hard to resolve this immediately. This also includes going above and beyond our usual obligations, such as when you realised you had ordered the wrong type of brackets. Once you had informed us of this we sent them out to you in the post. Despite this being a customer error, meaning generally we aren't required to help, we always like to help where we can, and so we did. Kind regards, Joe | DotcomBlinds
