Hi, thank you for your review. We have answered your questions via our email exchange and our position has been explained, but I feel it is necessary for us to point out that whilst these blinds are made from blackout fabric, we cannot make a roller blind that completely fills a recess, so there will always be a gap between the fabric and the wall of the recess. This is because a mechanism and pin end is added to the ends of the blind and then brackets are added to this. As a result, the fabric will be smaller than the recess size because otherwise, you wouldn't be able to fit or operate the blind. After extensive checks with you to verify no mistake has been made by the production team in the manufacturing of the product, we established that the blind has been correctly made, which means we're not able to refund or remake it, as it is a made-to-order product.
