Thank you so much for your review. For the type of blind you were looking to order, and especially at that size, it's very hard to find a type of blind fabric that doesn't contain fabric, mainly because if it was made from anything else it wouldn't hang that well or hold its shape, nor would it roll neatly. In terms of screws, we no longer supply screws with our products, and this is because they were standard sized screws but not applicable to every surface or window. We always recommend using appropriate screws to ensure your blind is securely fitted. Finally, in response to your enquiry about a crank handle, we aren't able to supply a crank-operated roller blind at those larger sizes due to the strain that would be put on the componentry to operate the blind. A chain is a lot more efficient and easier to operate at those larger sizes.
