Very poor customer service.

Bifold blinds ordered for 'next day' however contacted the next day to say the material for the blinds wasn't in stock so there would be a 10 day delay and the next day delivery charge refunded....

Great service and products

Excellent blinds, we bought a newbuild so had 15 windows to dress! Easy ordering good value and look really smart once put up. Service was excellent with regular communication on our orders.
