Hi David, thank you for your review and kind words, we're very proud to be able to supply your blinds and to hear that you're happy with the quality and service. With regards to the website being a 'little clunky' we hear you - we're launching a brand new website in the coming weeks to help streamline the ordering process and keep things slick, so bear with us -it's coming! The courier services have been a little slow in recent years and we are constantly working to keep our lead times as accurate as possible. Some products naturally have longer lead times, such as our Saturn roller blind range, and to avoid any confusion we display the lead times on the product pages and on the order confirmation emails too. Other products, like our Bosa roller blind range, have a much faster lead time and these also usually qualify for Same Day Priority Dispatch too!
