About 6 months after the purchase, I am sorry to say that all four blinds had fallen off the door could never be refit. The design of the blinds does appear to be strong enough and I am sure the summer heat will have an impact. After all my blinds came off, I could never get them back in working order. I am now spending nearly £600 on curtains. I dont think the blinds are strong enough to last more than a few months.

Hi there, thank you for your update. I'm sorry you're not happy with the product, however looking through our email conversation, I can see the blinds were ordered in the wrong size, which would mean you would have issues fitting them. Due to our products being made to measure, we can't change the blinds or take them back once they've been made. Kind regards, Joe | Online Team

Thank you for your review. I'm glad to hear you are happy with the product and the delivery service, and I'm sorry that you are not satisfied with the service we provided to you. All headrails are for 89mm wide slats and this information is listed on our product pages. When you got in touch to say you had made an error, we offered to convert the blind to suit 127mm wide slats, but naturally, this would be chargeable as the error was not our doing, and outside of what we typically offer. Our systems automatically calculate how many brackets are included with each headrail, which are then supplied with the track. This is correct to our system and the track's requirements, and so if you feel you require another bracket, it is not unreasonable for us to charge you for this, as it is an additional and non-essential part which is not included with the order.
