2 bifold door blinds arrived hopelessly short. We wanted length 189cm but received 89cm! They blamed us but couldn't their experts suspect something wrong: bifold doors couldn't be as short as that!...

Thank you for your review, however you have not accurately portrayed the issue. You placed an order for bifold door blinds with a drop of 89cm. We made your blinds to this size. It transpires you made a mistake and meant to order blinds with a drop of 189cm. This is not the fault of DotcomBlinds. To help soften the blow of you rectifying your mistake and reordering the blinds, we gave you a discount code. To help make it easier to reorder the blinds, we called you to take the order over the phone, but we were unable to complete the transaction due to the security measures set by your bank, which naturally we’re unable to avoid. I appreciate your frustration but I feel it is unfair for you to leave us a negative review when it transpires it was you made an error with your measurements, and our team went above and beyond to resolve this for you.

Still not received my order, I paid £9.99 for delivery and there's no way to track my order or even find out who it has been dispatched with. Not the best service.

Hi, thank you for your review. Your order is for a roller blind that has a lead time of 10-15 working days, and will be delivered no later than 10th of October, as per your order confirmation email. A notification email was sent to you on Friday letting you know it is with the courier and that it is expected to be with you within 5 working days.

Wooden blind

Ordered a wooden Venetian blind. Pros: It came within a week Reasonable quality Looks good Cons: The instructions are not easy to follow The slats are bare wood on the sides, not black!

We encourage all customers to get in touch if they have any problems installing our products as we're always happy to help. With regards to the ends of the wooden slats being uncoloured, we're unable to colour them due to the made to measure nature of the products. The slats are cut down to size and so this cutting process will expose the wood edges.
