The first we heard of you having an issue with your blind was through this review, and we encourage all customers to get in touch with us if they have any questions or issues with their order as soon as they can, so that we can look into it and resolve it. We take claims like this very seriously as not only would an issue such as this suggest a problem with our systems, but a review such as this can be harmful to the confidence that our customers have in us. Our phone call established that no error has been made; you were expecting the measurement you gave to be the fabric width, despite this not being an option. Exact fit roller blinds are the bracket-to-bracket size, with no deductions made to account for brackets, and this is what you received (as you'll see is the case with the other blinds on your order). It was disappointing to hear you say that you wouldn't remove the review in light of our conversation, given that no mistake has been made by us and you said our measuring guides (that you used when you came to measure) needed to be clearer. "An exact fit blind means we won’t make any deductions to the width or drop measurements. Exact fit is the bracket-to-bracket measurement and is commonly found installed outside of a recess.
