We are sorry to hear you didn't receive the samples. I can see that your sample order was shipped first class; on investigating further I can see no number on the address was given and it appears Royal Mail needed your house number to complete the shipment

Ordering online easy, but order they received was not complete, company rang to confirm if order was recess fit. No further correspondence regarding dispatch or delivery dates, blinds just arrived...
