you quote two weeks delivery it was nearly a month , you sent the parcel mid-week making it stay in the depot over the weekend I am sure the plants would arrived fresher with a better courier

Great service.
Dobies service is always excellent. Their products are also pretty good although I am waiting for the Lime tree to grow!

Well boxed so no problems with plants arriving a mess, plants look good only just planted so will have to wait and see how they perform

I am sorry if 2 of your plants appear to have been tipped upside down during transit despite the appropriate labelling. I would have expected the plants to have been packed correctly on despatch so can only assume they were damaged during transit. If there are any problems with the plants please let us know. We are confident that the Daphne Pink fragrance potted plants will be a gorgeous addition to your garden.
I repotted them and wait to see if they have been damaged; growth is slow right now.

I am sorry to hear of your concerns with the plants you have received and you have contacted Yodel regarding the delivery. As mentioned in our previous correspondence I would have expected the plants to have been appropriately packed so any damage may have happened during transit. At this time of year the plants will not be putting on much growth so you will need to allow some more time. If there are any problems with their development please let our customer service team know on 0333 2405933.

Certainly buy again, especially as I’ve wanted to try the “Blue Poppies” & made sure I had the right spot, containers and soil ready for them. Looking forward to seeing them bloom and fingers crossed...

Delayed order, no proactive communication
My order was delayed but I received no notice of this until I contacted Dobies' customer service after the expected delivery date had passed. They should have contacted me to inform me of the delay....
